A nice morning treat to a simple pancake recipe!
Ingredients
- 1-⅓ cup Milk
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 cups Baking Mix
- ½ cups Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Mix together the milk and egg then begin whisking in the baking mix, raisins and cinnamon. Continue to mix until no longer lumpy.
Then, in a skillet set on medium heat, begin pouring 1/4 cupfuls of the batter. You will want to cook these on one side until it begins to bubble then flip and cook on the other side. This recipe made 8 pancakes.
