Description
After dabbling with various pancake recipes, I took bits from each and created these. Very yummy. This recipe makes about 16 pancakes. I feed a family of 5 and like to have leftovers so if it’s too much, just cut the recipe in half.
Ingredients
- Oil For Cooking
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3-½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoons Maple Extract
Preparation
Heat a skillet and use just enough oil to coat. Whisk together all dry ingredients (flour baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon). In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined. Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour batter onto skillet. Cook until bubbles form and flip, cooking the other side.
