Great breakfast or brunch fare for two!
Ingredients
- 1-¼ cup Self-Rising Flour
- 2 pinches Iodized Salt
- ¼ cups Plain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
Preparation
In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, add flour, salt, and yogurt. Mix just to combine; do not over-mix batter. Fold in citrus zest.
Heat a grill or griddle pan and spray with nonstick spray. Ladle batter onto pan; when bubbles form on top, flip pancakes over.
Serve with warm syrup!
