Description
A light, fluffy, rich and creamy peanut butter pie infused with banana flavor and topped with banana slices and whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Size) PB Crave Coco Bananas Peanut Butter
- 1 container (9 Oz. Size) So Delicious Coco Whipped Cream Or Cool Whip
- 1 whole Pre-made Chocolate Pie Crust (I Used A Store-bought Gluten-Free Chocolate Snap Crust)
- Chocolate Shavings (optional)
- Banana Slices (optional)
- Additional Whipped Cream (Optional)
Preparation
Add the peanut butter into a bowl and whip it until creamy. Fold in the whipped cream until combined and no more whipped cream streaks are showing. Pour it into the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Top pie with chocolate curls, banana slices and additional whipped cream if desired.
