Description
Refreshing cooler with coconut, lime and raspberries.
Ingredients
- 1-¾ cup Coconut Milk
- 2 whole Limes, Coarsely Chopped
- ½ cups Raspberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- ⅓ cups Honey
Preparation
Blend coconut milk, limes and raspberries until lime and berries are finely chopped. Add ice and honey and blend to combine.
Makes 2 or 1 very large cooler.
Note: you may want to warm the honey just a bit to make it easier to add to the drink. You may also need to add more honey if it isn’t sweet enough for you (my husband likes extra honey).
