Coconut Berry Popsicles

Description

A healthy summer treat made with coconut milk, frozen berries, vanilla, and agave syrup.

Ingredients

  • 14-½ ounces, weight Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries, Chopped In Blender
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Note: You will also need popsicle molds and a funnel.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Place the funnel in the popsicle mold and pour in the coconut milk mix. Repeat until all of the molds are full.

Place in the freezer and freeze at least 3 hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy!
