Description
Acai bowls are a frozen snack filled with fruit, nuts, flakes and/or seeds. The original bowls were made by mashing frozen acai fruit into a large bowl and topping it with granola, banana and guaraná syrup. Now, there are thousands of variations of these bowls throughout the world.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 14 cups Acai Berries
- ½ cups Blueberries
- ½ cups Almond Milk
- ½ Kiwi, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts
Preparation
Mix yogurt, berries and almond milk in blender. Pour into bowl.
Add remaining ingredients as toppings. Enjoy!
