Description
Hot chocolate with a hint of coconut.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- ½ cans (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla
- Sweetened Whipped Cream (optional)
Preparation
In medium saucepan combine milk, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Whisk in cocoa powder until well-combined.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve in mugs topped with whipped cream, if desired.
Makes five 1-cup servings.
