A yummy fresh appetizer, to enjoy as is or spread on toasts or crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 7 ounces, weight Cod Fillet
- 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- ¼ bunches Fresh Chive
- ¼ bunches Fresh Dill
- Salt And Pepper
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Cook the cod 5 minutes, turning it over halfway. Remove the cod from the pan and let it cool.
Put the cod and all the remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely combined. Add milk if the texture is too thick. Place the mousse in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
