Description
Open-faced cod roe sandwiches with eggs and butter.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs, Hard-Boiled
- 3-½ ounces, weight Butter
- 6 slices Bran Bread
- 3-½ ounces, weight Cod Roe
Preparation
Slice the eggs into rounds, about 3 mm thin. Set aside.
Butter the bread slices. Spread the cod roe on each slice. Top each sandwich with 2 egg rounds. Serve the cod roe sandwiches immediately.
