Coffee and biscotti were made for each other, and they are perfect companions in this delicious and easy milkshake!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- ¾ cups Prepared Coffee, Cooled To Room Temperature And Chilled
- 1 cup Milk (cold)
- 8 whole Plain Or Chocolate-flavored Biscotti, 3/4 Of Them Crumbled And 1/4 Of Them Reserved For Garnishing
Preparation
Combine all ingredients (except the portion of the biscotti that’s reserved for garnish) in a blender in the order above. Blend using the slowest speed and gradually increase the speed until you reach the highest mode. Blend for about a minute total, depending on the power of your blender, until you reach desired consistency.
Pour into four glasses for serving, about 1½ cup each. Garnish with extra crumbles or large chunks from the reserved biscotti.
