A super easy and creamy dip that makes the perfect, quick appetizer. Fit to impress!
Ingredients
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained Of Excess Liquid
- ½ cups Sour Cream
- 5 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ½ cups Parmesan Or Pecorino Romano Cheese
- ¼ cups Scallions, Chopped (1/4 Cup Is About 3 Or 4 Stalks)
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt, Or To Taste
Preparation
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Taste test and adjust salt as needed.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving (may be made up to a day in advance).

Note: If you want to make this a “skinny” dip, use low-fat mayo and sour cream.
