Description
This Colossal Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream starts with a creamy, no-churn base and is filled with an assortment of chocolate. From fudgy chunks of brownie and chocolate chips, to a hot fudge swirl, this recipe will be sure to please all chocolate lovers!
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Brownie Chunks
- ¾ cups Mini Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tablespoons Room Temperature Hot Fudge Sauce (See Note In Blog Post)
Preparation
In a large bowl, stir sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Using a rubber spatula, fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in brownie chunks and mini chocolate chips.
Pour into a freezer-safe container (I always use a loaf pan). Pour fudge sauce on top of ice cream and briefly swirl with a knife to incorporate. Cover and chill for 4–8 hours, or until firm.
Top with hot fudge sauce, extra chocolate chips, or whatever your heart desires!
