Ingredients
- ½ cups Margarine Or Butter
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 12 slices White Bread
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1-½ cup Milk
- 1 dash Salt
Preparation
Melt butter in a 9×13-inch pan. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Cover with 2 layers of bread slices. Beat eggs with milk. Add salt. Pour over bread slices. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Uncover and bake at 325ºF for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut into pieces. Invert onto a plate to serve.
