Description
If you’re not a fan of traditional eggnog, or you’re looking for a tasty alternative, this is the drink for you. Creamy, spicy, egg-free, and NOT low fat!
Ingredients
- 2 cans (about 14 Oz. Can) Cream Of Coconut
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Rum
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoons Cloves
- ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into a pitcher, and chill for at least an hour before serving. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise. Just leave out the rum for a non-alcoholic version. This recipe serves 4-6.
