These light and fluffy pancakes are a delicious family tradition!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs
- ¾ cups Sour Cream
- ⅓ cups Cottage Cheese
- ½ cups Flour
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Preheat griddle to 325 degrees F and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let stand for approximately 10 minutes.
Pour batter in 1/4 cup portions onto the hot griddle. Cook until the top of the pancakes are covered with bubbles. Flip and continue to cook until the other side is golden brown (only turn pancakes once).
