Here’s a recipe I like to make on cold winter mornings. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ cups Dried Blueberries
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, combine cooked rice, milk, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 6–8 minutes until thickened, adding blueberries after 4 minutes and stirring as needed. If desired, top with honey or brown sugar.
