Guacamole with the deliciousness of crab.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Large Avocados, Ripe
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Shallots
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Jalapeno, Stem And Seeds Removed
- ½ cups Full-fat Sour Cream
- 3 ounces, fluid Crab Leg Meat
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
Preparation
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and smash it all together until well combined, but some chunks of avocado still remain.
