Description
Cheesy crab filling, baked into an avocado, topped with more glorious cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese
- 6 ounces, fluid Crab Meat (drained Well If Using Canned)
- ¼ cups Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Scallions
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 3 whole Large Avocados, Cut In Half, Pit Removed
- ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the avocados and the Parmesan. Mix until well combined.
Fit the hole in the avocado with crab mixture and top with generous amounts of cheese. Place avocados on a baking sheet or in the wells of a muffin tin. Bake at 400ºF until the cheese has melted, about 8-10 minutes.
