Description

It’s easy, loaded with vitamins and minerals, packs an immunity punch and as an added perk, it’s pretty too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cranberry Juice
  • 1 whole Banana (frozen Is Good)
  • 8 ounces, weight Strawberry, Raspberry Or Mixed Berry Yogurt
  • 2-½ cups Frozen Mixed Berries (strawberries, Raspberries And Blueberries)

Preparation

Using your blender, add in the cranberry juice, banana and the yogurt. Blend until combined. Add in the frozen berries and blend until thick and rich like a milkshake.

For an extra special treat, layer with some fresh whipped cream!
