    Description

    This sweet and tart cranberry orange smoothie is the perfect way to start your morning. Full of healthy fruit and Greek yogurt to help keep you full.

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole Peeled Frozen Banana
    • ½ cups Frozen Cranberries
    • 1 whole Orange, Juiced
    • ¼ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk Or Milk Of Choice
    • ¼ cups Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
    • ½ Tablespoons Honey

    Preparation

    Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Put the lid on and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
