A perfect, light holiday sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1-½ cup Water
- 2 cups Cranberry Juice
- 1 cube Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Orange Juice
Preparation
Dissolve the sugar in the water in a small saucepan. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool, then add other juices. Freeze until slushy (it can take a few hours) in a shallow, flat container. Beat with a hand blender until frothy and return to the freezer for a couple more hours until completely frozen. Scrape with a fork and serve.
