Tart cranberries combined with white chocolate chips? Nothing better!
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cups Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- Pinch Of Salt
- ½ cups Dried Cranberries
- ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until combined. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Scoop out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly. Bake for about 12–13 minutes, until slightly golden.
Makes about 12 cookies.
