Ingredients

  • 18 ounces, weight Yellow Or White Cake Mix
  • ½ cups Butter, Softenend
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ cups Chocolate Chips, For Chocolate Drizzle

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese. Add in egg and vanilla. Gradually add dry cake mix and continue beating until well blended.

Drop dough by the tablespoon on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cookies sit for about 5 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave or on stove top until smooth. Drizzle on cooled cookies.
