Description

Delicious and quick immune boosting smoothie that tastes like an orange creamsicle!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Oranges
  • 1 Tablespoon Collagen
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Preparation

Begin by peeling the orange and then separating it into little segments. Place those segments on a sheet pan and freeze for 1 hour.

In a blender, add collagen, almond milk, honey, and the oranges. Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy.

Note: Add more almond milk if you like a thinner consistency.
