Description
This is a very versatile recipe. The filling can be used in a pie base or just served on a bed of rice. It is a very rich and satisfying dish but isn’t low-calorie.
Ingredients
- 4 Cooked And Shredded Chicken Breasts
- 250 milliliters Grated Cheese (any Kind Of Hard Cheese)
- 250 grams Finely Chopped Mushrooms
- 350 grams Cheese Flavored Crisps (smashed Into Fine Pieces)
- 1 envelope (45 Gram Size) Mushroom Flavored Soup Powder
- 250 milliliters Fresh Cream
- 250 milliliters Mayonnaise
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl then put it into a standard baking dish (9 x 12) and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Let the filling rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Note: You can substitute the chicken with minced meat but the chicken is still my favorite.
