Recipe adapted from Kraft What’s Cooking. I got raves when I made this party dip.
Ingredients
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Package)
- 1 can Chunk Crabmeat, 6 Oz. Can, Drained OR Similar Amount Fresh Or Frozen Imitation Crab
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream (or More, For Creamier Texture)
- 1 Tablespoon Seafood Cocktail Sauce
- ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- ½ whole Red Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
Preparation
Reserve a tablespoon of green onions and red peppers to sprinkle on top of the dip if you wish. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve in a bowl, garnished with the green onions and peppers, with crackers alongside.
