Description
A delicious holiday hot chocolate with a touch of peppermint.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk
- ½ cups Coffee-mate Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer
- ¼ cups Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
- 1-½ cup Hot Water
- 4 Small Candy Canes, Optional
- Mini Marshmallows (optional For Garnish)
Preparation
In a saucepan over medium heat combine condensed milk, Coffee-mate creamer, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt. Mix until well combined and heated. Add hot water and continue stirring until mixed thoroughly. Do not let it boil.
Pour into two coffee mugs. Add mini marshmallows on top and a candy cane on the edge of the cup. Enjoy.
