A delicious way to celebrate autumn!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree (canned Is Fine)
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 ounces, fluid Vanilla Vodka
- 1 ounce, fluid Vanilla Ice Cream
- ½ ounces, fluid Bailey’s Irish Cream Or Other Creamliqueur
- 1 pinch Pumpkin Pie Spice
Preparation
Lightly dab a small amount of the pumpkin puree around the rim of a cocktail glass. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and dip the rim of the glass in the sugar mixture until coated.
Shake the vodka, pumpkin, ice cream and Bailey’s in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Pour into the cocktail glass and top with a small pinch of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
Note that the drink will taste best if you put the full glass in the freezer for about 15 minutes prior to serving.
