Lovely flavors using our favorite seafood!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt (for Boiling Shrimp)
- 8 ounces, weight Small Fresh Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- ½ whole Fresh Lemon, Juice Only
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary Chopped Finely
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and shrimp. Cook 3–4 minutes; drain. Once cooled, add cooked shrimp to a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process a few minutes until creamy.
Transfer to an airtight container or serving dish and cover until ready to serve. We love this dip with an assortment of crackers.
