Description
Creamy and spicy! A nice change from regular guacamole.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Ripe Avocados. Peeled And Seeded
- 6 ounces, weight Plain Greek Yogurt (like Chobani)
- 6 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves (stems Removed)
- ½ whole Jalapeno Pepper (including Seeds For Heat)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Cumin
- Kosher Salt And Pepper To Taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients into your food processor (or blender) and pulse until you reach your desired consistency. I like it a little chunky.
Adjust your seasoning to your liking, then scrape it into your serving bowl. Cover very tightly with plastic wrap (you want the wrap to touch the dip) and chill for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or veggies.
