Description
These peach Sriracha wings are just as crispy and delicious as your favorite bar variety, only made at home and oven-baked. Perfect for game day!
Ingredients
- 5 pounds Frozen Chicken Wings
- 1 jar (12 Oz. Size) Peach Preserves
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- ½ teaspoons Ginger
- ½ teaspoons Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 F and let the wings thaw a bit while preheating.
Mix sauce ingredients (everything except the wings) together in a saucepan over medium low heat. Heat 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.
Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray. Arrange wings on sheet so that they don’t touch each other. Pop them into the oven for 45-60 minutes. If they start to “sweat” too much in the oven (while they defrost the water may fill up the pan), make sure you take them out of the oven and remove the water. Turn them over after about 30 minutes.
When they look almost done, turn the heat up to broil and broil for about 5 minutes. Watch them closely so you just crisp them up. Remove from oven. Toss wings in sauce and serve immediately.
