Simple and delicious crockpot BBQ meatballs.
Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATBALLS:
- ½ pounds Ground Beef
- ½ pounds Ground Pork
- 1 whole Egg
- ¼ cups Chopped Parsley
- ½ cups Dry Breadcrumbs
- ½ cups Chopped Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- FOR THE BBQ SAUCE:
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
Preparation
In a bowl, mix meatball ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.
Heat pan to medium-high. Add olive oil and pan fry meatballs until crispy on the outside.
In the crockpot, mix all the BBQ sauce ingredients. Add meatballs and slow cook for 3 hours.
