Crockpot Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes

Description

An easy, one-pot dinner cooked right in your crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Gold Potatoes, Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Raw, Baby Carrots
  • 10 ounces, fluid Cream Of Chicken Soup, Or Homemade
  • ⅓ cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste. Place chicken and carrots on top of potatoes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soup and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours.

Remove chicken, potatoes and carrots with a slotted spoon (leaving liquid in pot) and place in a serving dish. Turn crockpot to high and stir in cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is smooth, about 10–15 minutes).

Spoon cheese sauce over chicken and potatoes before serving.
