Description
Boy, do I have the solution to your dinner dilemma! Is your life a constant race against the clock? No worries! I got your back. This dump-and-go recipe can be in the slow cooker in ten minutes or less. Maybe even five minutes if you are not monkeying around.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Medium Onion, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Paprika
- 4 Large (about 14 Oz. Size) Chicken Breasts
Preparation
Add barbecue sauce, onion, Worcestershire Sauce, brown sugar and paprika to a small crockpot and stir to combine. I use a 3-quart crock pot. Add chicken and spoon a little of the sauce over the top.
Cook for 3–4 hours on high or 6–7 hours on low. Cook only until it pulls apart easily with a couple of forks.
