Description
Fix it and forget it with this Crockpot Pork Roast. Cooking all day leaves this savory roast so tender, it falls apart at a fork’s touch. Don’t forget to make the quick gravy for added flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Dry Ranch Dressing
- ¼ cups Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ cups Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 cups Water
- 3 pounds Pork Loin Roast
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
Preparation
Mix dry ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic and water. Pour on top of pork. Cook on low for 6–8 hours.
Remove roast from crockpot and put on a plate or sheet pan. Pull meat apart and dispose of any fat left on the roast.
For the gravy, ladle 1 cup of the liquid from the slow cooker and add to a pot. In a small bowl, whisk flour with milk. Bring liquid to a boil then add the flour-milk mixture. Whisk constantly until it thickens, usually 2–4 minutes.
Serve pork with gravy and any other side you wish. Enjoy!
