Description

A gluten and dairy-free quiche!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Choped Applewood Smoked Bacon (I Used TJ’s Ends And Pieces)
  • 1-½ cup Egg Substitute (I Used Egg Beaters)
  • ½ cups Diced Red And Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Chop bacon into small pieces. Combine all ingredients into a pie plate that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk to thoroughly incorporate.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
