Cool! Tasty! Healthy! These are the words that cross my mind when I drink Cucumber Kale Ginger Smoothie. Cucumber cools down the stomach, kale is an all-around super green food, and ginger makes this smoothie easily digestible. I also added avocado to include healthy fats and to thicken the consistency.
Ingredients
- 8 whole Cocktail Cucumbers
- 1 cup Baby Kale
- ½ whole Avocado
- 2 teaspoons Crushed Fresh Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Plus 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
- 2-½ cups Cold/ice Water
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
