Description
This refreshing summer beverage will quench your thirst on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 7 cups Water, Divided
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 6 slices Cucumber
- Fresh Mint
Preparation
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup of water and sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved to make a simple syrup.
Combine the simple syrup, lime juice, and 4 to 6 cups cold water and stir to combine.
Add the cucumber and mint and chill in the fridge before serving.
