Curry Spiced Pretzels: an easy and fun snack.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Pretzels (any Shape)
- ⅓ cups Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- ½ teaspoons Ground Coriander
- ½ teaspoons Cumin
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200ºF. Spread the pretzels in a thin layer on a lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl combine canola oil and the spices. Pour over the pretzels, and toss to coat. Bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
