Description
I like to consider the daiquiri to be the margarita’s badly behaved brother. They have a lot in common, but this one’s with rum!
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoons White Sugar
- ½ ounces, fluid Lime Juice
- 2 ounces, fluid White Rum
Preparation
Add sugar and lime juice to a mixing tin and give it a quick shake, without ice. Add rum, give it a quick shake, also without ice. (This helps dissolve the sugar.)
Add ice and shake well. Fine strain into a martini glass or a bucket glass on the rocks.
