Dairy-Free Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as an on-the-go snack! One of my absolute favorite smoothies, and one of the very first recipes I created when we transitioned to a whole foods lifestyle! Gluten-free and vegan, too!
Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Fresh Strawberries, Rinsed And Sliced
- 1-½ cup Almond Milk (or Other Milk Of Choice)
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar (optional)
Preparation
Combine strawberries and milk in blender and mix until smooth. With the blender still on, pour in oats and sweetener (if using), and blend until smooth.
Drink immediately or store in refrigerator to let thicken.
