Description

A rich dark chocolate cocoa topped with espresso whipped cream! The perfect drink for winter!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE COCOA:
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM:
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipped Cream
  • 1 teaspoon White Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Espresso Or Very Strong Coffee

Preparation

For the cocoa: Heat all ingredients over medium heat in a small saucepan stirring occasionally until warm. Adjust heat if necessary but don’t allow it to boil. Remove from heat once warm.

For the espresso whipped cream: In a medium-sized bowl using a mixer beat the cream, sugar, and espresso until stiff peaks form.

Pour cocoa into mugs and top with whipped cream
