Description
Three layers of pumpkin flavor combine in this kicked-up seasonal cocktail!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Rum
- 1 ounce, weight Pumpkin Puree (not Pumpkin Pie Filling!)
- ½ ounces, fluid Chocolate Liqueur
- ½ ounces, fluid Pumpkin Spice Liqueur (optional)
- ½ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces, weight Pumpkin Ice Cream
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- Cinnamon Stick, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Then add enough ice to fill the shaker and shake well until the ice cream melts. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
