Description
A decadent and rich brownie batter dip that is perfect for your next party or event. It’s like eating brownie batter straight from the pan, sans the eggs. Chocolately, rich, and delicious!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Butter, Softened
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 5 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 5 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2-½ Tablespoons Milk (any Kind)
- 2-½ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preparation
To the bowl of a stand mixer with a fitted paddle attachment or with an electric mixer, whip together the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add the brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, vanilla, salt, and one tablespoon of milk and whisk until smooth.
Add in powdered sugar, half cup at a time so that you incorporate well. Then add in 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk and combine until mixed well.
Stir in chocolate chips (add a few on top for garnish, if desired).
Refrigerate for at least a half hour or until serving.
