Ingredients
- ¼ cups Tahini
- 1 whole Frozen Banana
- 1-½ cup Unsweetened Cashew Or Almond Milk
- 5 whole Dates, Pitted
- ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
Preparation
Add all ingredients to your blender, chopping the banana if needed. Blend until thick and smooth. You can always add more tahini or more milk if needed.
