Description

Tahini and dates are paired with warm spices to create the perfect decadent yet healthy holiday smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Tahini
  • 1 whole Frozen Banana
  • 1-½ cup Unsweetened Cashew Or Almond Milk
  • 5 whole Dates, Pitted
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation

Add all ingredients to your blender, chopping the banana if needed. Blend until thick and smooth. You can always add more tahini or more milk if needed.
