Ingredients

  • ½ cups Frozen Berries
  • ½ cups Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ cups Skim Milk
  • 1 whole Orange Peeled
  • 1 whole Banana, Peeled

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (If you do not have oranges you can substitute 2 tablespoons of frozen orange juice concentrate.) Enjoy!
