I love a good martini. I especially love a martini that involves a splash of champagne. Enter: the diamond fizz.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Gin
- 1 ounce, fluid Sour Mix
- ½ ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 ounce, fluid Champagne
Preparation
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, sour mix, lemon juice, and ice.
2. Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
3. Top cocktail with the champagne.
