Ham and eggs with a touch of cream cheese.
Ingredients
- 9 whole Eggs
- ½ Tablespoons Butter
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Pepper
- ½ Tablespoons Cream Cheese, Softened
- ½ cups Cooked Ham, Diced
Preparation
Whisk eggs in bowl.
Melt butter in skillet. Add the eggs and whisk in salt, pepper, cream cheese and ham. Cook over medium heat until done, about 5 minutes.
