Description
A simple recipe infusing peanuts with a bit of spice and fresh dill. A great snack during any football game.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Spanish Peanuts
- 1 cup (packed) Chopped Fresh Dill Fronds
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Or Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Your Favorite Seasoning Blend (Use A Blend That Includes Dill)
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
To a mixing bowl, add everything and toss, incorporating all of the seasoning and oil with the peanuts.
Spread the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the peanuts while they are baking and gently stir halfway through roasting.
Once roasted, remove from the oven and place into a serving bowl. Let cool before digging in. These are a perfect game day snack, balanced with hints of dill and a seasoning blend. Give these a try!
